Refund policy

1. Returns

  • We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs showing the issue.

  • Products must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.


2. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the product.

  • Refunds are made back to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
