1. Returns

We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs showing the issue.

Products must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
2. Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the product.

Refunds are made back to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.
