1. Exchanges

• We do not offer product exchanges.

• If you received a wrong or damaged candle, we’ll replace it at no extra cost after approval.

2. Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

• After that, the candles move into production and shipping, and cancellations will not be possible.
