1. About Home Attraction
home attraction sells limited-release home fragrance and candle products through scheduled drops. Products may be available in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.
2. Eligibility
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
3. Product Information
We try to display product details, prices, ingredients, fragrance notes, sizes, colors, and images as accurately as possible.
However, actual product appearance may vary slightly due to handmade or production variations, lighting, photography, screen settings, or packaging updates.
Product availability is limited and may change without notice.
4. Limited Drops and No Restocks
Home Attraction collections may be released in limited drops. Unless specifically announced, sold-out products may not be restocked.
Adding a product to cart does not reserve the product. A product is confirmed only after successful checkout and order confirmation.
5. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another communication channel.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:
Product is unavailable
Payment fails or is flagged
Shipping information is incomplete or incorrect
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
There is a pricing, inventory, or technical error
If we cancel a paid order, we will process the applicable refund according to our refund policy and payment provider timelines.
6. Pricing and Payments
All prices are shown on the website and may change without notice. Final pricing, taxes, shipping charges, and discounts, if any, will be shown at checkout.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for payment failures, bank delays, or third-party payment gateway issues.
7. Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location, courier availability, payment confirmation, operational delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges.
If you receive a wrong or damaged candle, we may replace it at no extra cost after review and approval.
To request support for a wrong or damaged item, contact us with your order details and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.
9. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After 2 hours, the order may move into production, packing, or shipping, and cancellation will not be possible.
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at contact@homeattraction.in.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, if published separately on the website.
Due to the nature of candles and home fragrance products, used, opened, altered, damaged after delivery, or improperly handled products may not be eligible for return, refund, or replacement.
11. Product Use and Safety
Customers must use candles and fragrance products responsibly and follow any safety instructions provided with the product.
Home Attraction is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss caused by misuse, unsafe burning, unattended use, improper storage, exposure to heat, modification, or failure to follow product care instructions.
12. WhatsApp Communication
By providing your phone number, contacting us on WhatsApp, or opting in to WhatsApp updates, you consent to receive communication from Home Attraction through WhatsApp, including through WhatsApp Business Platform or WhatsApp Business API.
We may send messages related to:
Order confirmation
Payment updates
Shipping and delivery
Customer support
Cancellation or replacement requests
New drops and product launches
Promotional updates, where permitted
You can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP or emailing contact@homeattraction.in.
Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp’s own terms and policies.
13. Marketing Communication
If you subscribe to our updates, we may send you emails, SMS, WhatsApp messages, or other communication about new drops, product launches, offers, and brand updates.
You may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe option or by contacting us.

Our website may use third-party services such as Shopify, payment gateways, shipping providers, analytics tools, marketing platforms, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions, errors, policies, or actions.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Attraction will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from website use, product purchase, delivery delay, product misuse, or reliance on website information.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Haryana, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
